Innovative Response Marketing Inc. regularly receives and uses personally identifiable information, such as e-mail addresses, names, home or work addresses and telephone numbers to complete mailing and fulfillment services as requested by clients.
Innovative Response Marketing Inc. does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. However, Innovative Response Marketing Inc. may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send email or postal mail, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using personal information supplied except to provide these services to Innovative Response Marketing Inc., and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Data Security
Innovative Response Marketing Inc. holds and processes data supplied to us by our clients solely for the purposes of direct mail or fulfillment campaigns.
We keep all provided data on-site in a secure intranet environment. Only authorized data controllers have access to data.
All our data is backed up to an off-site secure server every 24 hours. Back-ups are routinely tested to ensure accuracy.
We ensure that all client supplied data is relevant and up to date.
We hold data for a maximum of 90 days after completion of the mailing or fulfillment campaign. Data is then deleted from our internal server and external back-up.
Security of your Personal Information
Innovative Response Marketing Inc. secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Innovative Response Marketing Inc. secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
